Refund Policy

1. Overview
At SIAPP, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through our Application.
2. Subscription Refunds
For subscription purchases, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. After the 14-day period, refunds for subscriptions are generally not available. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for annual subscriptions if you have used the Service for less than 30 days.
3. Free Trial
We offer a free plan that allows you to try our basic features before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage you to thoroughly evaluate the Application using the free plan before making a purchase decision. This helps ensure that the Service meets your needs before you subscribe.
4. App Store Purchases
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google, respectively. We do not have access to process refunds for purchases made through these platforms. Please refer to the respective store's refund policies for more information.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a direct purchase, please contact our support team at support@siapp.cc with your account email, purchase date, and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Include "Refund Request" in your email subject line for faster processing.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds: (a) subscriptions after the 14-day refund period; (b) partial months of service; (c) accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations; (d) purchases made more than 60 days ago; and (e) any promotional or discounted subscriptions unless otherwise stated.
8. Account Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our Application or website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
